Without further ado, let's take a look at some essentials needed when you're rocking a one piece suit as a perfect gentleman.

POCKET SQUARES
Pocket squares have a way of adding a dapper touch to your suits, your pocket square have to go for both comfort and style. The pocket squares come in different shapes, sizes, colors and patterns. Just like your tie, the pocket square compliments your suit and the best way to make use of the pocket square is by matching your tie and pocket square with the same color but you can go with other colors also, the tie and the pocket square just has to be in sync.

TIES
When putting on a suit and you have no tie on, you look incomplete except you're going for a costume party or you're putting on the suit for a casual event, asides that your tie should be knotted when you've got your suit on. When picking a tie, make sure it doesn't have more than 3 colors so as not to look "funny" and it shouldn't have cartoon prints. When picking a tie, you should consider the color, cut, style and fit of your suit and shirt.

TIE CLIPS
You think just a tie and pocket square is enough to make you look formal enough? For real, those are enough but tie clips add the more and they vary in colors from silver to gold. Here's a common rule most people don't know, your tie clip color should match your belt buckle and your watch and it should never be wider than your tie.

SHOES
Your shoes are one of the most important things, the first thing anyone notices after your clothing is your shoe. You can't be looking all soft and your shoes have nothing to say about how you look. Black shoes will go with every color you think of, they're safer. But explore! Put on different type of shoes ranging from your oxford to your brogues, monkstrap to wingtips or even boots depending on the event. Your shoe should have the same color as your belt and your socks should be long enough not to reveal your legs.

LAPEL PINS and BROOCH PINS
Let's start by saying lapel pins and brooch pins aren't a necessity but you want to look chic, don't you? So, go get that lapel pin that matches the color of your selected tie. Lapel pins and brooch pins are accessories worn on the left part of your suit and can be accompanied with your pocket square. Just remember to keep them small, simple and subtle.
